Have fun and get fitter at the same time!!

This small friendly group meets every Wednesday from 12 noon until 1pm at Bersted Park Community Centre (at the rear of the new housing estate). A range of equipment is available including, treadmills, bicycles, rowing machines and much more. Each member can take a turn on every piece of equipment. A class leader from Freedom Leisure supervises the classes and takes those who are able through 15 minutes of stretching exercises towards the end of the class.

In addition, if you wish, a voucher can be collected each week for a free swim at Arun Leisure Centre in Felpham to be used within the following 2 days.

The current cost is £4.50 per week, 13 weeks payable in advance, dependent on the number in the group at the time.
