Risk Management from the u3a
We have left work, why do we have to worry about RISK?
Risk Assessments are associated with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. While u3a's members are not at work, the insurance company expect u3as to take reasonable precautions through Risk Assessment checklists, for use as a basis of any claims made.
No Risk Assessment completed for the Group means no u3a insurance for Group members.
