We meet every Wednesday, weather permitting, and rides vary in length. Members receive an e mail a few days in advance giving times, meeting points and destination. Distances are usually between 15 and 25 miles but can be up to 40 and members may travel part way by train. We always stop for a social refreshment break and have a good variety of rides between Worthing, Goodwood and Emsworth. All members wear helmets and hi Viz. Many have e bikes and some have been in the group for more than 10 years. We have twenty on the list and usually between 12 and17 cycle. We cannot add anyone at the moment but would be happy to put them on the waiting list and invite them along if we had a small group when folk are unavailable. 

Given that this group is full - if anyone else wishes to generate another group cycle ride, please contact the Group Leader for the list of reserved names and organise another group.
